Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a one on one session with a licensed professional focusing on resolving emotional distress and mental health conditions. Individual sessions can range from 30-53 minutes.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy involves a counselor and individuals engaged in an intimate relationship. Couples therapy typically focuses on improving interpersonal relationships and can be appropriate for dating, married, separated, divorced and poly relationships. Couples sessions are typically 53 minutes.
Sexual Health and Dysfunction Treatment
Sexual health and dysfunction treatment focuses on concerns regarding intimacy, sexual function, sexual interests and sexual identity. This can be done through individual or couples sessions.
Clinical Supervision
Offered in Virginia and Florida
Clinical supervision is an active learning process where the supervisor aids in the development of a supervisees ability to practice independently as a counselor
Training
Trainings can be tailored to the needs of your group. Topics include understanding domestic violence, sexual health and well-being, parenting and effective communication.
Psychosocial Evaluations for Immigration Cases
Psychosocial evaluations are thorough assessments that allow a clients’ voice to be heard while navigating the immigration process. I can help if you are in the process of the following immigration cases: Hardship Waivers (I-601 and I-601A); Cancellation of Removal; VAWA and Spousal Abuse; U-Visas; Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and Convention Against Torture.

A standard 53 minute therapy session is $150.

Psychosocial assessments for immigration waivers range from $1,000-$1200. Payment plans are available for this service.

Supervision fee $80 for individual and $50 for group.
